What's the difference between this and just using salt?
This is our most important question! Salt only scrubs the visible residue. Our proprietary blend includes activated carbon, which uses a process called adsorption to attract and trap invisible impurities, toxins, and odor molecules. This results in a significantly deeper clean that you can see, smell, and taste.
Will it scratch my expensive glass?
No. We specifically selected Himalayan salt because its hardness on the Mohs scale is much lower than that of borosilicate glass (the standard for quality glassware). It has enough abrasive power to scrub tough resin but is not hard enough to scratch the glass itself.
Can I use this instead of a traditional glass cleaner?
CarbonSalt Clean is a cleaning BOOSTER, designed to supercharge your favorite liquid cleaner. However, many of our customers find its scrubbing and adsorbing power so effective that they use it as a natural cleaner alternative to traditional chemical solutions.
Why don't you just include alcohol?
By not including alcohol, we reduce shipping costs and complexities, avoid potential shipping restrictions, and allow you to use the specific cleaner you prefer. It's a more sustainable and flexible approach.
How many uses can I get from one pouch?
Our 8 oz pouch provides between 16 and 25 cleanings, depending on the size of your piece and how much residue there is. A little goes a long way!
What size pieces does it clean?
CarbonSalt Clean is formulated for medium and large glass pieces. The coarse Himalayan salt crystals and activated carbon granules effectively scrub and adsorb in spacious tubes but may not navigate the narrow pathways of very small, hand‑held devices. We’re developing a finer blend tailored for compact pieces so everyone can experience the same deep‑cleaning power.

To manage your subscription, you'll need to use the secure link that is automatically sent to you by Square.
